Fujing is a city-state and the capital city of the Akarean Union, located at the southernmost tip of Great Huan. Although its legislature does not define a border and mirrors all laws and legislation from Great Huan, it is considered a separate state from the rest of Great Huan for administrative purposes; as such, it is the only city in the world that is the capital of itself and another country whilst itself being a country and not a country simultaneously. With a population just over 128 million and with areas where the population density exceeds 1.3 million people per square kilometre, it is both the most populous and most densely populated city in the world.
