Parameters

name: Name of the type of weather.
image: A picture of the type of weather happening.
imagesize: Width of picture
caption: The text below the picture. Can be used for a location or other information.
area of occurrence: What part of the world the weather happens in.
season: What time of year the weather happens.
effect: What the consequences are from the weather's actions.
