He! (嗬!, Hē!, archaic interjection expressing surprise) is a satirical political party in Bantang, Akarea formed by columnist, political commentator and performance artist Gyeong Sae-Kim in 2009 who remains its leader and sole member. It is a parody of the Wow! party in Candanadium.

Since the party's conception, it has consistently campaigned for three issues: The introduction of a 99 Yuan coin (in reference to the common practice of prices ending in 99), tax relief for individuals not claiming tax relief (which is a paradox) and the renaming of all Akarean citizens to Kim to prevent identity theft (itself a reference to a 2009 identity theft incident involving actor Kim Cheng). In 2014 a fourth issue pledging to make talk-show host Bae Gyesong 'zero emissions by 2025' was added to the He! manifesto after he made several controversial comments regarding climate change on Feeder.

Since its registration in 2009, He! has failed to win a single seat in the Bantang Assembly. Speaking at the 2011 election, the first election in which He! stood in with Hyehae West as its sole constituency, Sae-Kim described He!'s failures as 'democracy manifest, begrudgingly' before curling up into a ball on the floor and poorly imitating a soft sob. He refused to move and was eventually removed by security; the incident was widely televised.
